MINDEX GROUNDBREAKING AT ALEX PARK

Exciting stuff is happening on Alexander Street and the Edge Team is a part of it - a new 78,000 sq. ft. building has broken ground on the Alex Park site (formerly the Genesee Hospital campus), and will be the future new home to Mindex Technologies, Inc. on the first floor and feature 48 studio and one-bedroom apartments on the floors above.

The entire Alex Park site is an eight-acre mixed-use project that will not only include new retail and office buildings, but over 400 apartments, micro-units, and on-site parking garage.
