Edge Architecture was founded in 2002 by Allen Rossignol on a simple but enduring belief: good design is good business. From the beginning, Allen set out to build a different kind of practice—one grounded in relationships, thoughtful listening, and a genuine understanding of each client’s goals.

What began as a small, boutique studio grew through trust, collaboration, and word of mouth. Clients responded to a hands-on approach and a process rooted in clarity, care, and accountability. That mindset continues today, with Allen remaining closely involved and the entire team committed to delivering work that reflects each client’s vision with precision and purpose.

At its core, Edge Architecture is built on the belief that great design begins with listening. We take the time to understand not just what a project is, but what it means—to the people who will use it, support it, and bring it to life. From early concept through construction, we guide each project with clear communication, technical expertise, and attention to detail.

Based in Rochester, New York, our work extends across the Northeast, serving clients who value design excellence, sustainability, and a collaborative process.
