Rochester Housing Authority - Bond Hamilton Townhouses

As part of the Rochester Housing Authority’s ongoing efforts to “Change the Face of Public Housing,” the Bond & Hamilton Townhouses (six ADA-accessible units) were reimagined to honor the character of the surrounding historic neighborhood while offering residents a renewed sense of pride and connection. The design prioritizes both physical and social integration—creating homes where residents can sit on their porches, engage with neighbors, and feel part of the broader community. More than just a renovation, this project helps redefine public housing by blending timeless architecture with opportunities for meaningful neighborhood interaction.
